摘要
针对机械设备在安装使用过程中出现的安全事故,结合机械工程施工管理的内容,提出有关机械工程施工管理存在的问题,并通过对机械工程施工过程中安全管理、质量管理以及人员管理的论述,提出改进建议。
In view of the safety accidents in installing and using process of mechanical equipment,and according to the content of mechanical engineering construction management,some problems about construction management of mechanical engineering are put forward in this paper. Through discussing the safety management,the quality management and personnel management in the working process of mechanical engineering construction,suggestions for improvement are put forward.
