摘要
目的:观察和胃降逆方治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选取广东省中西医结合医院沙头分院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的38例反流性食管炎患者为本研究对象,对照组19例患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组19例患者给予中医和胃降逆方治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组有14例治愈,对照组有9例治愈,观察组患者有4例出现不良反应,对照组有7例出现不良反应,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对于反流性食管炎患者给予中医和胃降逆方治疗,能有效改善患者胃、食管反流、胃酸、胃痛等临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of refl ux esophagitis in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods randomly selected in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were 38 cases of reflux esophagitis patients in this study, 19 patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, the experimental group of 19 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Heweijiangni decoction, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results In the experimental group, 14 cases were cured, and the control group was 9 cases, the experimental group of patients with adverse reactions in the presence of adverse reactions in the control group, there were 7 cases, the data of the two groups was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the treatment of refl ux esophagitis patients with traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of gastric refl ux, can effectively improve the patients with gastroesophageal refl ux, gastric acid, stomach pain and other clinical symptoms.
