摘要
目的探讨中药联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流的临床疗效。方法选取新汶矿业集团有限责任公司中心医院2016年12月—2017年12月收治的胃食管反流患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。患者均给予常规处理,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药治疗,两组患者均持续治疗28 d。比较两组患者临床症状及食管黏膜恢复情况,并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床症状、食管黏膜总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论中药联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,促进食管黏膜恢复,提高其生活质量,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.Methods A total of 70 cases of gastroesophageal reflux patients were selected from December 2016 to December 2017 in Central Hospital of Xinwen Mining Group Co Ltd,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.All groups were given routine treatment,while the control group was given omeprazole treatment,observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group,both groups were treated for 28 days.The recovery of clinical symptoms and esophageal mucosa were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of clinical symptoms and esophageal mucosa in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions happened during treatment between the two groups.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with omeprazole have a definite clinical effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux,which can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and promote the esophageal mucosa recovery and the quality of life,and with high safety.
