摘要 建立滚动轴承转子系统故障的精确模型,通过系统动力学行为的分析,为系统故障的诊断和研究提供理论参考.基于赫兹接触理论,提出了滚动轴承缺陷故障后系统的准确接触变形量及轴承力的计算方法,并通过对系统动力学模型的建立和求解,得到系统故障后的非线性动力学响应.数值结果表明:滚动轴承出现缺陷故障后,系统非线性响应变化明显,轴颈中心振动范围增加显著,沿重力方向速度波动增强,实际中可通过这些异常行为的检测诊断系统的故障状况. This study provides the academic reference to the diagnosis and research of rolling bearing rotor system, by establishing the mathematical model and analyzing the responses of the rolling bearing while the bearing defects are localized. Based on the Hertz contact theory, the practical changes of contact deformation and nonlinear bearing forces are calculated depending on the above model. The nonlinear dynamic responses of bearing rotor system with defect are analyzed by solving the dynamic equation of the system. Numerical result shows that when the rolling bearing defects are localized, the nonlinear responses of system change obviously, the velocity and displacement fluctuate strengtheningly, and the fault can be diagnosed by detecting the abnormal response of the system.
