摘要
以刚体动力学碰撞理论为基础,结合滚动轴承运动学特性,对滚动体通过局部损伤的冲击力进行了分析和计算。首先,计算出一定径向载荷作用下滚动轴承各滚动体所承受的接触载荷;其次,基于滚动轴承的运动学特性对滚动体进入局部损伤后所承受的力矩、速度和加速度等特性进行了分析;然后,基于碰撞过程动量定理计算出滚动体通过局部损伤所产生的冲击力;最后,通过算例表明该冲击力与接触载荷、轴承转速及局部损伤尺寸等参数均成正比关系,说明了该计算模型的有效性。
The impact force generated when a roller passing through a local defect at the raceway was calculated by combing the impact theory of rigid body dynamics and kinetic properties of rolling bearings. First, the contact force acting on every balls was calculated when the bearings is acted by a radial force. Second, the force moment acting on the roller, and the velocity and acceleration of the roller was analyzed based on the kinetic characteristics of the bearing when the roller rolling into the defect region. Then, the impact force was obtained by the momentum principle of impact theory. Finally, an example was given, and the results show that the impact force is proportional to the contact force, bearing rotation speed and the defect diameters. This result also shows the validity of the model proposed in this paper.
