摘要
TH6918型镗铣加工中心主轴箱装配时,为检验滑枕静压导轨制造与装配精度,对滑枕静压导轨进行试验研究。测得滑枕处于不同状态时各油腔压力值、各测量点浮升值等,并将实测值与设计计算值进行对比分析。试验结果表明:实测值与设计计算值基本相符,试验结果为滑枕静压导轨的改进工作提供了重要数据依据。
The ram hydrostatic guideway is experimetally studied for testing the manufacturing and assembly accuracy of it when the headstock of TH6918 boring and milling machining center is assembled. The pressure value of each oil chamber and float value of each measurement point in different states are gotten in the test and are campared with the calculated values. The research results show that measured values coincide with the calculated ones. The results provide an important data evidence for future improvements.
