摘要
根据高速干式滚齿机机床的设计结构,分析了其热变形机制。在此基础上,分析了机床床身热变形以及立柱热变形对滚齿加工精度的影响,同时建立了相应的误差模型并进行了初步验证,为滚齿机热变形误差的控制及补偿提供了有益参考。
The mechanism of thermal distortion was analyzed based on the design structure of the high-speed dry gear-hobbing machine. Based upon it,the effects of thermal distortion of the machine tool bed and the machine column on machining precision were discussed,and the corresponding models of the error were built and verified preliminarily. It provides instructive significance for the control and compensation of the thermal distortion of gear-hobbing machine.
