摘要
为解决大型磨床导轨难制造、难修复的问题提出了一种新型静压导轨单元结构。将传统床身进行改造,利用模块化思想将静压导轨部分单独分解制造,综合考虑油腔布置、受力状况与安装使用等多个因素,通过结构设计、理论计算和有限元静态性能分析,得到了大型磨床静压导轨单元优选方案并验证了该结构的有效性。通过利用该结构,能加快大型磨床的市场反应速度,最后对大型磨床静压导轨单元的发展做了展望。
In order to solve the problem of difficult manufacturing and difficult repair of grinding machines' rail,a new type of hydrostatic guide unit structure is proposed. The static pressure guide rails were separately decomposed manufacturing by using the modular thinking in traditional bed. Taking into account the oil field placement,force situation,installation and use,through structural design,theoretical calculation and finite element static performance analysis,the preferred scheme of grinding machine hydrostatic guide unit is obtained and the effectiveness of the structure is verified. By using this structure,the market reaction speed of the grinding machine can be speeded up. Finally,the development of the hydrostatic guide unit of the grinding machine is forecasted.
