摘要
为进一步研究减速箱受力状况,以游梁式抽油机为研究对象,建立游梁式抽油机齿轮传动系统中齿轮-轴-轴承以及驴头-平衡块-齿轮箱的动力学模型。将驴头引起的变载荷作为传动系统的外部激励,求解系统的动态响应、各轴的扭矩时间历程及轴承作用于箱体的力。采用传统计算方法求解驴头悬点载荷,并运用作图法求解减速箱的输出轴扭矩。仿真求解与理论计算结果相比,误差在5%以内。
In order to further study the stress state of the box,taking the beam pumping unit system as the research object to study,the dynamic model of beam pumping machine gear transmission system gear-shaftbearing and horsehead-balance block-gear box are established.Taking the variable load caused by the horse head as the external incentive transmission system,the dynamic response of the system、torque-time history of each shaft and the force of the bearing act on the box are extracted.Using the traditional method to calculate the polished rod load of horse head,the output shaft torque of the reducer is solved by drawing method.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results,and the error value is less than 5%,which lays the foundation for the study of the fatigue performance of the gearbox.
