双环减速器振动特性分析及实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以双环减速器为研究对象,分析了影响双环减速器振动噪声的主要因素,影响因素包括由时变刚度激励、误差激励、啮合冲击激励组成的齿轮啮合内部激励以及环板不平衡惯性力产生的动态激励。利用I-DEAS软件,建立了包括齿轮、环板、传动轴、轴承和箱体的整个减速器系统的动力有限元分析模型,计算了减速器的振动模态、动态激励下的时域和频域响应,以及速度级1/3倍频程结构噪声。利用振动测试分析仪对双环减速器进行了模态测试及振动测试,测试结果与有限元仿真结果相当接近。 The influence factors on vibration and noise of double--ring gear reducer had been analyzed. It included mainly the internal excitation which composed of the excitations of time--varying stiffness,gear errors and meshing impacts as well as dynamic excitation caused by unbalanced inertia force of the ring--plate. Using the software of I--DEAS, the dynamic finite element model of entire reducer was established including gear, ring--plate, shaft, bearing and gearbox housing and used to analyze the vibration modal, the time--domain and frequency--domain dynamic response and one-- third octave velocity grade structural borne noise of double-ring gear reducer under dynamic excitation. Then the experiments of modal and vibration analysis were conducted using the analysis instrument of vibration tests, the computational results obtained are in a good agreement with the data of experimental tests.
