大重型机床静压导轨的静态性能及油膜流体仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决大型数控转台承受偏载荷的问题提出了在转台轴向布置平面导轨的方案。在以往形式导轨的基础上进行改造,改变静压导轨的结构,采用新型的供油方式,将新式导轨运用在转台上。运用三维建模软件PRO/E及CFD仿真分析软件FLUENT,从导轨以及油膜的三维模型设计和导轨油腔内部油膜三维流动分析计算对静压导轨的静态承载性能进行分析。从理论计算与模拟仿真方面分析了新式导轨的静态性能和流场流动规律,得出导轨内部油膜的理论承载刚度与仿真结果的对比曲线。最后,通过试验验证表明该设计方案的正确性与合理性。 In, order to solve big heavy NC rotary table afford partial load problem, a design scheme is put Jbrward in the turntable axial arrange plane guide. Reforming the guide on the basis of the past form, changing the structure of the hydrostatic guide and using a new oil Supply,the new guide could be used in the turntable.Kinds of software are used in this design,such as PRO/E,FLUENT.From the design of 3D model and the internal three-dimensional flow analysis and calculation of static pressure guide to analysis, from the theoretical calculation and simulation,it analyzes the static performance and the law of flow field of the new guide ,drawing the contrast curve of the theoretical rail internal oil film bearing stiffness and simulation results.Finally the experiment proves the validity and rationality of the design.
