摘要
液体静压导轨借助输入支承工作面的液体静压力来支承载荷,凭借其极好的静、动态性能得到广泛应用.静压导轨的油腔几何尺寸和节流阀的设计是根据油腔内的压力分布而确定的.运用有限差分法计算在稳定状态下的静压导轨油腔内的压力分布情况,从而进一步计算静压导轨的静态特性参数.计算结果表明,静压导轨的承载能力随着油膜厚度的增大呈减小的趋势,静刚度随着油膜厚度的增大而变化.
