摘要
公平正义既是民主政治的核心,也是社会主义民主政治伦理的基本表现。人类社会的进步,首先是政治伦理的进步。历史上,民主政治伦理最大的优越性就是它改变了传统的政治生态,用公平正义来凝聚社会,国家的政治问题由人民决定,实现了把公权力关进笼子的梦想。公平正义也是社会主义民主政治伦理的基本特征。全面推进依法治国必须与公平正义民主政治伦理的发展相同步。推进公平正义的政治伦理必须理直气壮地高扬民主的旗帜,在社会和国家管理中全面推进公民广泛和深入参与。我国社会主义民主的政治伦理,只有在人民群众普遍、广泛参与中,才能逐步地生长并壮大起来,并成为我国社会主义政治文明的标志。
Fairness and justice is the core of democracy and the basic expression of socialist democracy political ethics. The progress of political ethics is in the first place of the progress of human society. In history, the biggest advantage of democratic political ethics is that it changed the traditional politics and united the society with fairness and justice. Meanwhile, people became masters of the country and the dream of putting public right off into the cage achieved. Fairness and justice are also the basic characteristic of socialist democracy ethics. Compre- hensively advancing the rule of law must be in sync with the development of the justice and democratic political ethics. To promote the political ethics of fairness and justice, we must uphold the banner of democracy, and comprehensively promote the broad and in-depth participation of citizens in social and national management. Only when citizens participate in this democratic politics commonly and broadly can socialist democracy grow vigorously and finally turn into the symbol of the socialist political civilization in our country.
