摘要
本文基于空间计量模型,利用中国264个地级市的面板数据,研究了城市化对技术创新的影响。结果发现:城市化对技术创新有显著的促进作用;空间自回归系数显著为正,说明创新的空间溢出效应存在;城市化过程带来的人力资本集聚、科教支出增加及创新的空间溢出效应是促进技术创新水平的重要原因。这可以解释为城市化过程带来的人力资本、教育资源及企业在城市的集聚,城市化过程的知识的溢出和要素的流动是创新的空间溢出效应产生的内在机理。
In this paper, based on spatial econometric model, using the 264 Chinese cities as panel data, studies the influence of urbanization on technology innovation level. The results show that: in the control of the innovation after the spillover effects between regions, the urbanization of technology innovation have a significant role in promoting; Spatial autoregressive coefficient is significantly positive, innovative spatial spiUover effect exists. And features through the analysis of the mechanism of spatial heterogeneity analysis of spillover effect, this paper argues that the urbaniza- tion process of human capital agglomeration, science and education spending increases and the innovation of spatial spillover effect is the important reason for the raise the level of technological innovation. This can be interpreted as the urbanization process of advance will bring human capital, education resources, and enterprises in the focus of the city. At the same time, urbanization process brought about by the knowledge spillover and the flow of the elements is the innovation of the inner mechanism of the spatial spillover effect.
