摘要
"载A载B"结构是《诗经》和汉魏四言诗中由虚词"载"组成的重要结构,潮汕方言中保留了"载"字的实词和虚词用法,其音与上古之部相合,可构成"载A载B"式,并且该结构可析分出五种语义。潮汕方言中遗存的"载A载B"结构承自汉魏时语,该结构在汉魏以后的文献记录中由于语音剧变而逐渐为后起的"且A且B"结构所取替。借助于潮汕方言该传承词,可为《诗经》"载A载B"句的注解提供新证。
"载A载B", which is composed of the function word "载", is a frequently used phrase in The Book of Songs as well as in four-character verses of the Han and Wei Dynasty. The word "载"has been re-mained in Chaoshan dialect as a function word and content word, whose dialect pronunciation/tsho/is similarto its reconstructive ancient pronunciation, and it can also form the phrase tsho A tsho B which conveys fivekinds of meanings. This remained construction in Chaoshan dialect comes from ancient Chinese of the Han andWei periods, but in the Chinese documents from the Han and Wei onwards, it has been gradually replaced bythe construction"且 A 且 B"(tshie A tshie B) due to the phonological evolution. Through semantic analysis ofthe construction "载A载B"(tsho A tsho B) in Chaoshan dialect,more new suggestions will be given on"载A载B"in The Book of Songs.
