摘要
近些年来,随着中国经济的快速发展,慢性病患者人数与日俱增。慢性疾病病程长,病因复杂、可治疗却不能治愈,健康和社会危害严重,严重影响患者劳动能力以及生存质量。绝大多数慢性病患者病情稳定后将会进入到社区卫生服务中心接受长期、持续的医疗服务。在社区开展综合性康复治疗,对于慢性病规范化管理极其重要。本研究针对几种常见慢性疾病在社区的康复管理研究进展进行分析,以便规范社区管理模式。
In recent years, with the development of Chinese economy, the number of people with chronic diseases increase rapidly. Chronic disease shows many characters such as the long period, complex causes, the difficulty of recover as well as causing health and social problems, which seriously affect patient＇s working ability and the quality of life. In terms of the majority of patients with chronic diseases, they will stay in community health service center for long-term, sustained medical services when their conditions are under control. Therefore, carrying out comprehensive rehabilitation is extremely important for standardized management of chronic diseases in communities. This paper analyzed the progress of rehabilitation management in communities for several common chronic diseases, in order to standardize the management pattern in communities.
