摘要
脑卒中偏瘫患者肩痛有很多原因,我们在工作中发现基底节损伤患者可以出现肩关节疼痛。强调康复治疗过程中要将肩关节放置在关节囊无痛范围内进行,提出PNF技术治疗肩关节半脱位及肩痛是可取的做法。康复过程中我们采用综合性康复治疗手段治疗脑卒中后肩痛往往能够取得较好疗效。
There are many causes of shoulder pain in patients with stroke hemiplegia, we found that basal ganglia injury might cause shoulder pain. We emphasize that shoulder joint should be placed in a painless range of joint capsule during rehabilitation treatment, and put forward that PNF technique is desirable in treatment of shoulder subluxation and pain. In the process of rehabilitation, comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can often achieve good curative effect on shoulder pain after stroke.
