甲状腺疾病儿童血清Ghrelin水平变化及其影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同甲状腺疾病儿童血清生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)水平变化情况及其在儿童甲状腺疾病病程中的作用。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月广西科技大学第二附属医院收治的甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患儿50例(甲亢组)、甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患儿46例(甲减组)、健康体检儿童50例(对照组)作为研究对象,测定甲亢组、甲减组患儿治疗前后及甲状腺功能正常后,以及对照组儿童游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素、Ghrelin水平。比较三组儿童血清Ghrelin水平及甲亢组、甲减组患儿治疗前后血清Ghrelin水平变化。结果甲亢组患儿血清Ghrelin水平明显低于对照组,甲减组患儿血清Ghrelin水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲亢组、甲减组患儿治疗后1个月及甲状腺功能正常后血清Ghrelin水平与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FT3、FT4可影响血清Ghrelin水平,甲状腺激素水平变化对Ghrelin水平有影响。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum Ghrelin level in children with different thyroid diseases and its role in child thyroid disease course. Methods Fifty children patients with hyperthyroidism(hyperthyroidism group),46 children patients with hypothyroidism(hypothyroidism group) and 50 healthy children undergoing physical examination in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology from January 2015 to December 2016 served as the research subjects. The levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone and Ghrelin were measured in children of hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group before and after treatment and after normal thyroid function and con-trol group. Then serum Ghrelin levels were compared among 3 groups and the changes of serum Ghrelin levels before and after treatment were compared between the hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group. Results Serum Ghrelin level in the hyperthyroidism group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while serum Ghrelin level in the hypothyroidism group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The Ghrelin level after 1 month treatment had statistical difference between the hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group. The Ghrelin level after thyroid function normality had statistical difference compared with that before treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion FT3 and FT4 can affect serum Ghrelin level,and the thyroxine level change has the influence on Ghrelin level.
