摘要
工匠精神,是指工匠在从业或劳作的实践过程中所表现出来的严谨认真的专业精神、精益求精的人文素养和一丝不苟的职业态度。辅导员作为培养服务于生产一线的合格技能型人才的高职教育的重要一环,肩负着"成人""育人"的重要使命。高职院校应将工匠精神与辅导员的职业使命感相结合,在弘扬工匠精神的进程中,积极培育职业使命感并创设工匠精神的学习氛围,以促进高职辅导员职业使命感的提升。
Artisan spirit refers to the the rigorous and serious professionalism, the excellence in humanistic quality and the meticulous professional attitude showed by the artisans in the process of practice or work. Asan important part of higher vocational education that trains qualified and skilled personnel for the the service offront-line production, counselors shoulder the important mission of＂cultivating people＂and ＂educating people＂. Higher vocational colleges should combine the artisan spirit with the counselors＇ sense of career mission,actively cultivate that sense and create the learning atmosphere of artisan spirit in the process of promoting thatspirit, so as to promote the counselors＇ sense of career mission in higher vocational colleges.
