摘要
高职辅导员是开展高职大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是学生成长成才的指引者和领路人。加强高职辅导员队伍建设,培养其优秀特质,具有较强的理论和实践意义。本文基于"工匠精神"的视角,借鉴"匠人"精益求精的品质培养高职辅导员独具匠气、取法匠心。论文主要从青蓝工程师徒结对、先进表彰适时适度、技能竞赛组织参与、顶岗实践落到实处四个方面进一步开拓了高职辅导员优秀特质培养的路径,为整体提升辅导员专业素质及大学生思想政治水平科学化提供借鉴。
Counselors are backbone of students＇ ideological and political education in the higher vocational college, who lead to the growth of the students. It has strong theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the construction of counselor teams and cultivate their excellent characters. In this paper counselors in higher vocational colleges should be cultivated as craftsman with excellent skills and good moral character based on the craftsman＇s spirit. The path of cultivating excellent characters is elaborated from ＂Qinglan＂ project, timely and moderate recognition, organizing and participating in skills competition and implementing post practice, it will provide references that improving a whole professional quality of counselor team and the scientific of students＇ ideological political education.
