摘要
以广东省一流高职院校高水平专业、省级二类品牌专业中药学专业为例,分析高职中药学专业"双师型"教师的内涵、"双师"队伍建设存在内涵理解偏差、政策制度不健全、晋升难度大、职业生涯发展不畅等问题,提出了精准选取专业技能证、技能大赛常态化、师徒结对、参加各类培训、聘用兼职教师等措施,阐述了本专业"双师型"教师队伍建设成效。
Taking traditional Chinese medicine specialty-provincial first-class higher vocational colleges and the second types of professional specialty in Guangdong province as examples, we analyzed the connotation of double-qualified teachers and problems such as the understanding of the connotation of deviation, imperfection of policy system, difficulty of promotion, poor career development in construction of double-qualified teachers. We put forward some measures, such as accurate selection of professional skills certificate, normalization of skills competition, mentoring, taking part in various trainings and employing part-time teachers, and expounded the effects of construction of the double qualified teachers.
