摘要
目的探讨大成汤联合中药外敷治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法本次研究选择94例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究资料,均于本院2014年1月—2017年1月期间收治,随机分为两组各47例,对照组患者接受血塞通注射液和云南白药喷雾剂治疗,而观察组患者则采用大成汤联合中药外敷治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果、排气时间、治疗时间进行比较分析。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.87%,明显高于对照组的82.98%,P<0.05;观察组患者排气时间与治疗时间均显著低于对照组,即观察组起效更快,P<0.05。结论对胸腰椎骨折患者采用大成汤内服治疗联合中药药膏外敷治疗对提高疗效和加快患者康复具有明显的效果,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dacheng decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods 94 cases of thoracolumbar fracture patients in our hospital during January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the research data. They were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group. The control group received Xuesetong injection and Yunnan Baiyao spray treatment,and the patients in the observation group used Dacheng decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine. The curative effect,exhaust time,treatment time were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 87% which was significantly higher than 82. 98% in the control group P〈0. 05. The exhaust time and treatment time in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the observation group had a faster onset P〈0. 05. Conclusion Dacheng decoction combined with combined with traditional Chinese medicine ointment topical treatment has obvious effect on improving the curative effect and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
