摘要
精准教育扶贫兼具"精准扶教育之贫"和"依靠教育实现精准扶贫"的双重属性,是推动扶贫方式由"输血式"向"造血式"转变的重要途径。当前,我国扶贫工作已进入攻坚拔寨的冲刺期,形成以教育扶贫对象的精准识别为前提,以教育扶贫项目的精准安排为中心,以教育扶贫效果的精准评估为保障的完善的精准教育扶贫实现机制,是助力贫困地区精准减贫脱贫的必要条件和必然选择。历史和实践经验证明,精准教育扶贫既符合贫困地区教育事业发展的一般规律和客观要求,又服务于精准扶贫工作的宏大顶层设计,在可以预见的未来,依靠精准教育扶贫事业的跨跃发展一定能推动实现人人机会均等、公平正义的和谐小康。

At present, China＇s poverty alleviation work has entered the critical period, forming a precise education poverty alleviation mechanism is a necessary and inevitable choice to help poverty alleviation in poor areas, which is based on the accurate identification of the objects, takes precise arrangement of projects as the center and accurate assess the effectiveness as the safeguard. History and practical experience show that precision education poverty alleviation is consistent with the general laws and objective requirements of the development of educational undertakings in poverty- stricken areas, and serves the grand top-level design of precision poverty alleviation work. In the foreseeable future, relying on precision education, can promote the realization of equal opportunities for everyone, fair and just harmony and well-off.
