摘要
配电网作为电网的重要组成部分,直接面向终端用户,与广大人民群众的生产生活息息相关,是服务民生的重要基础设施,是保障电力能源的关键环节,是电网公司履行社会责任、服务民生和地方经济发展、树立品牌形象的重要基础设施。本项目通过开展智能配电网运行状态管控与综合评价关键技术研究,提出配电网运行状态管控模式,满足公司多级监管与闭环管控的需求,提出配电网运行状态综合评价方法,满足不同典型供电区域的差异化评价需求,研发配电网运行状态管控辅助决策支持系统,为公司配电网精益化管理提供辅助决策支持手段。

Through this project,to carry out research on the key technology, of intelligent distribution network operation management and com- prehensive evaluation,put forward the distribution network operation state control mode, meet multi-level supervision and closed-loop control requirements, puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network operation state,to meet the different regions of the typical power supply demand evaluation, research the distribution network in the state control decision support the system,to provide decision support for the lean company distribution network management tools.
