摘要 智能配电网态势感知是配电系统可靠、经济和安全运行的重要基础。为此,从技术层面对智能配电网态势感知和态势利导的内涵、架构和关键技术进行了深入分析和阐述。首先,给出了态势感知和态势利导技术的含义和目标;其次,构造了智能配电网态势感知和态势利导技术的总体架构;最后,为了实现对配电网运行态势的全面准确把握,并为复杂配电网智能调度控制提供有力支撑,从态势觉察、态势理解、态势预测、态势呈现、态势利导5个方面阐述了智能配电网态势感知和态势利导的关键技术内容及其面临的挑战,以期为后续研究工作提供借鉴。 The situation awareness of smart distribution system is the critical foundation for the reliability,economy and safety of distribution system operation.The content,framework and key technologies of situation awareness and orientation for smart distribution systems are presented and discussed.First,the content and target of situation awareness and orientation are given.Next,the system framework of the technologies of situation awareness and orientation is constructed.Finally,in order to fully grasp the situation of distribution network operation and provide strong support for the smart dispatching of complicated distribution network,key technologies from five aspects of situation perception,situation comprehension,situation projection,situation visualization and situation orientation are summarized and prospected to provide a reference for further study.
