摘要
在城市配电网评估中 ,目前还没有一种综合的评判指标或评价模型能够反映整个网络的供电能力。为了解决这一问题 ,运用一种基于模糊逻辑的近似推理和决策方法 ,建立了详细的城市中压配电网供电能力优劣性评估模型。该模型能够充分体现专家的推理和决策过程 ,为运行人员充分了解城市配电网络状况提供了一种系统的理论和方法。
Presently there are no comprehensive evaluation criteria or modeling methods tha t can represent the power supply capability of real urban distribution networks. A novel approach to tackle the issue is proposed in this paper. This approach provides a detailed superiority-inferiority model for medium-voltage urban dis tribution networks by utilizing approximate-reasoning and decision-making meth odologies of Fuzzy Logic. With full incorporation of experts' reasoning and deci sion-making process, the proposed method can significantly aid distribution net work operators in systematic understanding of the planning, operation and contro l of urban distribution networks.
