摘要 该文基于整套传统大跨度钢结构屋盖顶安装技术的不足以及对工程施工的总结,讲述了一种新型工具式拼装胎架,它可自由调节高度与宽度、自由拆卸、重复周转,保证滑移前钢结构屋盖拼装精度,并采用液压顶推器进行钢结构屋盖顶推滑移安装,计算机同步协调控制,大大提高安装精度,保证施工质量,提高施工效率。 Based on the defects of the traditional installation technology for large -span steel roof and the summarization of the engineering construction, a new adjustable tool-type assembly tire frame is introduced. Its height and width can be freely adjusted. Also, it can be disassembled freely and rotated re-peatedly. So it can ensure the installation accuracy of steel roof assembly. With the application of hydraulic ejector for the installation and the in-step co -ordination and control, the installation precision can be greatly enhanced, the construction quality can be ensured and construction efficiency can be im-proved.
