摘要
大跨度复杂空间钢结构施工具有工期长、高空作业风险大、机械设备投入多等特点。以大同市美术馆工程为例,针对由9个高度5~36 m、最大跨度120 m不等三角锥体相连而成的不规则空间钢结构桁架屋盖,采用地面整体拼装与整体滑移施工技术,将质量3500 t的空间钢结构通过6条轨道顶推滑移206 m,一次滑移到位,解决了空间异形锥体拼装、滑移承重支撑架稳定性及滑移轨道设置等技术难题,保证了屋盖钢结构同步滑移和结构安全。
The construction of long-span and complex space steel structure has the characteristics of long construction period,high-altitude operation risk and large investment of mechanical equipment.Taking the Datong art museum project as an example,aiming at the irregular space steel structure truss roof connected by nine triangular cones with a height of 5~36 m and a maximum span of 120 m,using the ground integral assembly and integral sliding construction technology,the 3500 t space steel structure is pushed and slid 206 m through 6 tracks,and slid into place at one time,which solves the technical problems such as the assembly of special-shaped cones,the stability of sliding load-bearing support frame and the setting of sliding track.The synchronous sliding of roof steel structure and structural safety are ensured.
