摘要
介绍了折线型超高层塔楼腰桁架钢结构卧式预拼装施工工艺,通过预拼装可以检验各杆件和节点的加工精度,对构件偏差进行调整,分析偏差产生原因等。利用此种工艺,可以提高桁架现场安装精度,从而确保工程的施工质量和工期。
The paper introduced the horizontal pre-assembly construction process for the waist truss of line type high-rise tower,using this in the pre-assembled process,the processing accuracy of bars and joints can be monitored,the deviation of members can be analyzed and adjusted. It can improve the accuracy of truss installation,so as to ensure the construction quality and the construction period.
