摘要
装配式建筑与传统现浇建筑相比,因其施工方便,加工精度高且质量易得到保证等优点,近年来逐渐被大家认可和推广,并运用到建筑业各领域。但由于各方面原因,装配式工程在实施过程中出现了系列问题,给该施工技术的广泛应用带来了一定困难。以杭州地区最具代表性的装配式工程为例,分析装配式工程的施工特点,明确装配式工程的施工程序、内外墙板的吊装顺序和预制叠合楼板的工艺流程。最后对研究成果进行总结,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Compared with the traditional cast-in-place structure, the prefabricated building has been recognized and popularized in recent years and applied to various fields of construction industry because of its convenient construction, high precision and easy to get quality assurance. However, due to various reasons, prefabricated structure has a series of problems in the construction process,which has brought some difficulties to the extensive application of the construction technology. Taking the most representative assembly project in Hangzhou as an example,the author has analyzed the construction characteristics of the assembly engineering. The construction procedure of the assembly project, the hoisting sequence of inner and outer wall panels and the building process of prefabricated laminated floor are also determined in the paper. At the end of the paper, the research results are summarized, which can provide reference for similar engineering.
