摘要
本文针对于一般黏胶行业产生含较多硫酸根的酸性废水,使用氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2调节产生的大量硫酸钙结垢,给生产造成的不便查找解决方案。一般从结垢物生成的环境着手,采用化学方法进行除垢或防垢相结合。防垢剂的选择要根据不同的生产环境、垢的类型,综合考虑成本、技术水平、避免二次污染等因素。
This paper deals with the inconvenience of the production of calcium sulfate in the general viscose industry, which uses the calcium sulfate Ca（OH）2 to regulate the production of calcium sulfate. Generally from the formation of the environment to start the scale, the use of chemical methods for scaling or anti-scaling combination. The choice of scale agent should be based on different production environment, the type of scale, considering the cost, technical level, to avoid secondary pollution and other factors.
