聚氯乙烯生产废水制纯水技术的应用

摘要 聚氯乙烯是在全世界范围内最为常见且广泛运用的塑料类型,受生产制备技术发展水平的影响,聚氯乙烯塑料在生产制备过程中通常会同时产生数量巨大的工业废水,且废水的物质构成较为复杂。在充分认识聚氯乙烯材料现有的生产技术特点条件下,制定和运用适当方案做好污水处理工作,对于支持和保障我国聚氯乙烯生产企业在具体经营运作过程中切实获取到最佳综合收益具备重要意义。围绕聚氯乙烯生产废水制纯水技术的应用,择取两个具体方面展开了简要阐释。 Polyvinyl chloride is the most common and widely used type of plastic products in the world.Due to the development level of production and preparation technology,PVC plastic products usually produce a large amount of industrial wastewater in the production process.And the material composition of the wastewater is more complicated.Under the conditions of fully understanding the existing production technology characteristics of PVC materials,formulate and apply appropriate schemes to do sewage treatment work,and support and guarantee China’s PVC production enterprises to obtain the best comprehensive income in the specific operation process.It is of great significance.The general conclusions on the application of pure water technology for the production of wastewater from PVC production are briefly explained in two specific aspects.
