摘要
通过对巴布剂基质的初黏力、剥离强度、赋形性和感官评价的综合评分为指标,以西黄芪胶、聚丙烯酸钠为黏着剂,高岭土为填充剂,甘油、聚乙二醇为保湿剂,和其它附加剂,采用正交试验优化巴布剂基质配方,得到最佳基质配方为西黄芪胶-聚丙烯酸钠-高岭土-甘油(3∶2∶3∶3)。优化出一种的新型具有良好的黏着力、剥离强度、透皮性和感官评价,并具有一定的临床使用价值。
Based on the Babu model formulation of original adhesion and strip strength,comprehensive score shaped and sensory evaluation as index,west astragalus gum, sodium polyacrylate as gelling ag en t, kaolin as f i l le r, glycerol, polyethylene glycol as wetting agent,and other additives,using the optimized Babu agent matrix orthogonal test,the best medium formula was obtained as tragacanth I sodium polyacrylate I kaolin I glycerol = 3 12 13 ：3. The optimization model had good adhesion,peel strength,permeability and sensory evaluation,and had certain clinical value.
