摘要
目的制备α细辛脑巴布剂并研究其体外经皮透过的情况。方法采用改进的Franz玻璃水平扩散池,以离体大鼠皮肤为屏障,20%生理盐水为接受液,用紫外分光光度计测定α细辛脑的浓度。结果α细辛脑巴布剂的体外透过呈零级过程。10 h累积透过量达21.6%。结论α细辛脑巴布剂是一种较安全、有效的局部给药制剂。
OBJECTIVE To study on the percutaneous permeability in vitro of α - asarone in cataplasm. METHODS The UV spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of α - asarone in cataplasm through horizontal diffusion cell and 20% physiological saline was used as receiptor. RESULTS α - Asarone could permeate through rat skin at zero rate with the cumulative permeating quantity up to 21.6% within 10 hours. CONCLUSION A safe and comfortable α - Asarone; Cataplasm; Percutaneous permeabilityt - asarone cataplasm is developed.
