摘要
目的分析集束化护理在预防血液透析导管相关性感染的效果。方法收集我院在2年内收治的580例需使用血液透析治疗的患者,将其分为对照组290例和观察组290例。对照组使用常规方法护理,观察组使用集束化护理。对两组患者的导管相关性感染发生率进行收集和分析。结果观察组血液透析导管相关性感染发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对血液透析患者实施临床护理时,通过使用集束化护理的方法可更好的降低血液透析导管相关性感染的出现,有较高临床使用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing in preventing catheter related blood stream infection in Hemodialysis. Methods 580 cases of hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital in the past 2 years were divided into two groups, 290 cases in the control group and 290 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated by routine nursing, while the observation group was treated by cluster nursing. The incidence of catheter related infections was collected and analyzed in two groups. Results The incidence of catheter-related infection was signifcantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the implementation of clinical care for hemodialysis patients, the use of cluster nursing can better reduce the incidence of hemodialysis catheter related infection, and has higher clinical value.
