摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理对血液透析患者导管相关性感染的预防效果。方法:选取2015年10月-2019年4月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的40例血液透析患者为研究对象。以随机数字法将其平均分为对照组(n=20)与试验组(n=20)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用集束化护理。比较两组导管相关性感染发生率及护理满意度。结果:试验组感染率为5.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理总满意度明显低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析患者采用集束化护理可有效降低导管相关性感染发生率,是临床上较好的护理方式之一,值得应用和推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster nursing on prevention of catheter-related infection in hemodialysis patients.Method:From October 2015 to April 2019,40 patients with hemodialysis who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group(n=20)and the experimental group(n=20)by random number method.The control group used routine nursing,the experimental group used cluster nursing.The incidence of catheter-related infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The infection rate in the experimental group was 5.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing for hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter-related infection,which is one of the better nursing methods in clinical practice,and worthy of application and promotion.
