摘要
目的探讨集束化护理预防血液透析导管相关血流感染的效果。方法选择62例血液透析患者,将其平均分为参照组与研究组,前者给予常规护理,后者实施集束化护理干预,对比两组患者导管相关血流感染发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组导管相关血流感染发生率3.2%显著低于参照组的22.6%,差异显著P<0.05;护理满意度96.8%明显高于参照组的71.0%,差异性较大P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论对血液透析患者实施集束化护理干预,可有效预防导管相关血流感染发生情况,提升患者护理满意度,临床应用价值较高。
Objective This article aims to explore the effect of cluster nursing on prevention of hemodialysis catheter related bloodstream infection.Methods 62 hemodialysis patients were divided into the reference group and the study group.The former was given routine nursing,the latter was given intensive nursing intervention.The incidence of catheter-related blood flow infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(3.2%)by 22.6%,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.8%by 71%,with a significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The intensive nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can effectively prevent catheter-related bloodstream infection,improve patients’nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
