摘要
为了进一步明确大庆油田储水罐内腐蚀规律以及微观腐蚀原因,采用传统现场挂片法和微观分析技术,通过采油厂联合站内储水罐现场腐蚀评价试验,研究了大庆油田储水罐溶液介质下的腐蚀规律,并借助扫描电子显微镜分析了腐蚀微观形貌特征,初步明确了微观腐蚀成因,为进一步研究储水罐的腐蚀机理及防腐措施提供了可靠的基础依据。现场试验结果表明:聚驱储水罐腐蚀比水驱储水罐腐蚀严重;聚驱储水罐腐蚀严重部位集中在下部,腐蚀形貌为以氧化物和硫化物为主的片层状结构,水驱储水罐腐蚀严重部位集中在中部,腐蚀形貌为氧化物为主的不规则局部腐蚀形貌;在防腐措施上,聚驱储水罐重点防腐部位应考虑中下部,而水驱储水罐则应考虑中上部。
In order to confirm the inside corrosion rules and microscopic corrosion reasons of water storage tank in Daqing Oilfield,traditional coupons and microscopic analysis techniques are used and through the field corrosion assessment test of water storage tanks in the multi-purpose station of the oil production plant,the corrosion rule of water storage tanks with solution medium in Daqing Oilfield is studied,and the microstructure characteristics of corrosion is analyzed by SEM.The microscopic reasons of corrosion are preliminarily confirmed,which provides dependable foundation and basis for the further study of the corrosion mechanism and anti-corrosion measures of water storage tanks.The results of field tests show that corrosion of water storage tanks for polymer flooding is more serious than that of water flooding water storage tanks; the serious corrosion parts of polymer flooding water storage tanks are focused on the under part,with corrosion morphology of layer structure mainly containing oxide and sulfide; the serious corrosion parts of water flooding water storage tanks are intensively located in the middle,with corrosion morphology of the irregular structure mainly containing oxide; for anticorrosion measures,the key anti-corrosion area of polymer flooding water storage tanks is the middle and lower part,and the key anti-corrosion area of water flooding water storage tanks is the middle and upper part.
