摘要
教育部2014年开始启动的职业教育现代学徒制试点工作面临着制度、师资队伍和教育培养人才标准的困境,走出困境的策略在于多部门联合颁布制度保障现代学徒制的实施,构建校企专兼职教师合作机制,发挥行业协会作用,制定现代学徒制人才培养标准。
The pilot project of modern apprenticeship in vocational education, w-hich started in 2 014,is faced with the predicament in the system,the teaching staff and the standard of educating talents. The strateg^^ of working our way out of the difficulty lies in：jointly promulgation of rules and regulations from multi-government depart^nents to ensure the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system;construction of cooperation mechanism between full-time school teachers and part-time teachers from enterprises;full role of industr^^ associations;and standards for^mulation for the training of modern apprenticeship talents.
