摘要
首先采用湿法消解样品前处理方法,探讨了不同元素测定时仪器最佳工作条件、方法的准确性和精密度,然后用火焰原子吸收光谱法对保山绿豆中Fe、Mg、Cu、Cr、Mn、Ni微量元素的含量进行了测定。结果表明,所用测定条件和方法得到的回收率和精密度良好,保山绿豆中Fe、Mg、Cu、Cr、Mn、Ni微量元素含量分别为228.94、1059.18、11.71、20.82、20.49、2.07 mg/kg,特别是对人体健康有益的必需元素Fe和Mg含量相对较高。研究结果可为保山绿豆资源合理开发提供可靠依据。
The contents of Fe, Mg, Cu, Cr, Mn, Ni in Baoshan mung bean was detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry in this paper. The wet digestion method was applied for the sample pretreatment, the optimum instrument conditions of the different elements in the determination and the the accuracy and precision of method were investigated. Recoveries ranged from, and precision ranged from. The results show that the trace element contents of Fe, Mg,Cu, Cr, Mn, Ni in Baoshan mung bean are 228.94, 1059.18, 11.71, 20.82, 20.49, 2.07 mg/kg respectively, Fe and Mg which are essential for human health is relatively high especially. The results can provide a reliable basis for the rational development with Baoshan mung bean.
