微波消解-火焰原子吸收法研究菏泽牡丹花茶中微量元素的溶出特性 被引量:8

Extracting characteristics of trace element in Heze peony flower tea by applying microwave slaking and FAAS

摘要 采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定菏泽牡丹花茶中微量金属元素Ca、Cu、Fe、Zn和Mn的含量及其溶出特性。对牡丹花茶中5种微量金属元素进行加标回收试验,加标回收率在93.6%~101.2%之间,相对标准偏差在0.36%~2.35%之间。对牡丹花茶进行不同浸泡时间和不同冲泡次数微量元素的溶出研究,实验结果表明,牡丹花茶中微量元素的溶出量呈现随浸泡时间的延长而增加的趋势,牡丹花茶适宜饮用的最佳浸泡时间为10~20 min,冲泡次数为3~4次。 The contents and extracting characteristic of Ca, Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn in Heze peony flower tea were determined by microwave slaking and flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) in this study. The recovery relation of testing method was 93.6%~101.2% and the relation error was 0.36%~2.35%. The extracting characteristics of these trace elements in different soaking time and times were analyzed. The result show that the infusing amount of the trace elements in peony flower tea show a increasing trend with the soaking time. The optimum conditions for soaking were obtained with soaking time 10~20 min and soaking for 3~4 times.
