摘要
采用浓硝酸-双氧水微波消解处理样品,运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定干竹笋中的Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu六种金属元素含量。结果表明,干竹笋中Ca、Fe、Mg等元素含量较高;方法的加标回收率为97.2-104.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.16%,该方法简单、快速,结果令人满意。
In this paper,six trace mental elements of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in dry bamboo were determined by using microwave digestion with HNO3 and H2O2 and atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).The results showed that dry bamboo was rich in Ca,Fe,and Mg which were essential to human.The recovery ratios by standard addition in a real sample were within the range of 97.2-104.8%,with relative standard deviations(RSD) of no more than 3.16%.The result of the method is accuracy and satisfactory.
