摘要
目的研究评价PICC导管应用于外科的临床护理效果,为日常工作和相关研究作参考。方法选择我院外科2015年1月—2017年8月收治的52例需要使用PICC的患者作为研究对象,对应用PICC进行治疗的临床护理效果进行总结评价。护理工作主要针对患者穿刺置管后可能发生的并发症或不良反应进行护理,例如湿疹、皮肤红肿、感染和静脉炎等。观察指标为患者出现并发症或不良反应后的康复情况。结果在患者进行PICC导管置管后,有26例患者出现了并发症或不良反应,占总数的50.00%。对上述患者进行临床护理后,有20例患者治疗成功,治疗成功率为86.96%。结论采取PICC护理的患者疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the clinical nursing effect of PICCcatheter in surgery, and to provide reference for routine work and related research. Methods 52 patients as the research object who need to use PICC in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017, summarize and evaluate the clinical nursing effect of PICC treatment. The nursing work mainly focuses on the possible complications or adverse reactions after the patient＇s catheterization, such as eczema, skin redness and swelling, infection and phlebitis, etc. The index of observation was the rehabilitation of patients with complications or adverse reactions. Results There were complications or adverse reactions in 26 patients after PICC catheter placement, accounting for 50% of the total. After the clinical nursing of these patients, 20 patients were treated successfully, and the treatment success rate was 86.96%. Conclusion The patients who take PICC nursing have obvious curative effect and deserve to be popularized.
