摘要
针对传统的PID控制在矿用电机车直流调速系统中存在停车不准、响应不快等问题,系统无法得到良好的性能指标,提出了等效滑模控制来提高其调速系统的工作效率和性能。该控制中等效控制项保证系统状态在滑模面上,而切换控制项保证系统的状态不离开滑模面,使系统处于一个动态稳定的状态。建立矿车直流调速系统的Simulink仿真模型。仿真结果表明:等效滑模控制的响应速度快、控制精度高,且抗干扰性和鲁棒性强。
For the traditional PID control, there are some problems in the DC speed regulation system of mine electric locomotive, such as no parking and bad response, so the system cannot get good performance index. To this end, the equivalent sliding mode control is proposed to improve the efficiency and performance of the speed control system. The equivalent control in the control ensures that the system state is on the sliding surface, and the switching control ensures that the state of the system does not leave the slip surface and puts the system in a dynamically stable state. Simulink simulation model for setting up DC speed control system. The simulation results show that the response speed of the equivalent sliding mode control is high and the control precision is high and the anti - jamming and robustness are strong.
