摘要
针对矿井下牵引电机车的过载运行等问题,提出高性能的牵引控制策略。根据异步电机工作原理,建立电机电路的动态数学模型,完成了磁链与转矩的计算。根据矢量控制与直接转矩控制策略的特点,在空载与低速重载条件下,基于Matlab/Simulink对牵引电机的转速与转矩进行数值模拟与对比分析,得出结论,矢量控制与直接转矩控制相比,响应速度较慢,但运行平稳,更适于矿电机车牵引。
According to the overload operation problems of electric locomotive, high performance traction control strategies are put forward. Based on the working principle of asynchronous motor, the motor circuit dynamic mathematical model is set up, and the flux linkage and torque calculation are obtained. According to the characteristics of vector control and direct torque control strategy, numerical simulation and comparison analysis of traction motor speed and torque are completed under the condition of low speed and heavy loading based on Matlab/Simulink. It concludes that the vector control has slower speed response, but smoother operation, which is more suitable for mine electric locomotive.
