摘要 针对目前部分煤矿中常用机电设备如空气压缩机、水泵、皮带输送机等表现出电力传动方面的缺点和问题,提出一种基于STM32F407的永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统方案,用永磁同步电机代替传统电动机解决传动问题来实现节能、高效的目标。介绍永磁同步电机的数学模型和直接转矩控制技术原理以及控制系统软、硬件的实现方案和电路结构,并通过仿真实验验证了该方案。 Due to problems in electric of electromechanical equipment commonly used in coal mines,such as air compressors,water pumps,belt conveyors,etc.A scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system based on STM32F407 was proposed.Using permanent magnet synchronous motor instead of traditional motor to solve the transmission problems can achieve the goal of energy saving and high efficiency.The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the principle of direct torque control technology,as well as the implementation scheme and circuit structure of software and hardware of the control system were introduced.The scheme was verified by simulation experiments.
