摘要
随着网络信息技术的飞速发展,网络教育如雨后春笋蓬勃发展起来,中国医科大学远程网络教育是当前北京开放大学平谷分校的一个合作学习中心,它为班级管理创造了不一样的工作模式,本文通过对学生的学习情况的调查研究,着重从学生学习动机、学习时间和方式、学习障碍等方面研究,发现网络教育中成人学生的学习行为的普遍特点。针对问卷调查结果和访谈结果,还有奥鹏工作的现状,我们提出了相应的管理策略和方法,以为学生提供高效的助学支持服务,为班主任管理老师提供规范的管理资源支持。
With the rapid development of network information technology, education network has mushroomed, educa- tion, a remote network of China medical university, is a cooperative learning center at the current open university of Bei- jing. Pinggu campus, which creates a different work mode for class managementis through the study of students'learning situation. This paper focuses on the students" learning motivation, learning time and methods, learning disabilities and other aspects, and finds out the common characteristics of adult students'learning behavior in education. The results of the questionnaire and the interview results, as well as the status of the work of openg, we have put forward the corre- sponding management strategies and methods to provide the students with effective support services, and provide the man- agement resources for the management of teachers.
