摘要
在"专业化"视域的带动下,高校教师的教育制度,也在逐渐趋于完善,其中以英语专业发展的尤为突出。本文真是基于这样的研究基础,对现阶段我国高校教师的教育现状进行了讨论,并分析了现阶段"专业化"视域下,高校英语教师教育制度中存在着哪些弊端,并针对这些弊端,提出了相应的改革方法。
in the perspective of ＂specialization＂ driven by the college teachers＂ education system, also gradually perfect, the profes- sional development of English is particularly prominent. This article is based on this research, the current situation of education of uni- versity teachers in China at this stage are discussed, and the analysis of the present stage of ＂specialization from the perspective, what are the disadvantages of College English teachers in the education system, and aiming at these defects, put forward the corresponding reform methods.
