摘要
研究相关高性能滤波的理论知识,利用电流模式电路信号处理速度快、频带宽的优势,来设计由CCCII(电流控制电流传输器)与OTA(跨导运算放大器)构成的滤波器,其中MCCCII为CCCII的多输入多输出型。设计了(F/I)频率电流转换电路,解决了现有F/I电路频率电流转换信号频率低、速度慢的问题,最后设计了(V/I)电压转电流电路;以上各部分电路有效级联实现了自适应CCCII-OTA滤波器。文章完成了具有滤波频率自适应功能的CCCII-OTA型滤波器,它实现了输入信号频率改变通频带的动态功能。它可以应用在频率测量、频率特性分析、谐波分析等信号检测领域,具有重要理论意义。
