摘要
目的 探析根管治疗术在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中应用的可行性.方法 选择2013年7月~2016年1月我院收治的牙周牙髓联合病变患者102例（患牙148颗）作为研究对象,按照数字分配法分作参照组（患牙73颗）和实验组（患牙75颗）,各51例.参照组患者实施牙周常规治疗,实验组患者在此基础上联合根管治疗术治疗.对两组患者治疗疗效进行记录与对比.结果 实验组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 对牙周牙髓联合病变患者在常规治疗的基础上应用根管治疗可取得良好的疗效,可有效改善患者的病变症状,值得推广.
Objective Analysis of root canal therapy in periodontal pulp with the feasibility of joint disease treatment.methods Between July 2013 and January 2016 in patients with periodontal pulp joint lesions in our hospital were 102 cases （148 teeth） as the research object, according to the digital distribution method is divided into control group and experimental group, each of 51 cases. Control group 51 cases （73 teeth） were treated with conventional periodontal treatment, the experimental group （51 cases 75 teeth） with root canal therapy in the treatment of patients on this basis. Recording and comparison of two groups of patients with treatment.Results The total efective rate of the experimental group was signifcantly higher than that of the reference group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the conventional treatment in patients with periodontal pulp joint lesions on the basis of the application of root canal treatment can obtain good efect, can efectively improve the symptoms of patients with lesions, is worth promoting.
